Roasted Beets + Fried Goat Cheese + Asparagus




Last nights dinner - 
Baked snapper, fried goat cheese and roasted beets, asparagus topped with roumalade sauce

    So delicious! I used to hate beets (canned beets), but then I ate fresh beets and my opinion changed.
